Integrating with Follow-Up Boss allows you to automatically create new records in your CRM system. There are three types of sync available:

  1. All Leads - when activated every lead that is accepted into the my +plus leads system will be pushed into Follow-Up Boss.
  2. Manual - allows you to push individual records to Follow-Up Boss at the time of calling or editing records in the +plus portal.
  3. Batch - select a group of records and create multiple contacts at one time.


NOTE: If you are on a shared account and a sub-user, you may receive an error when trying to create Custom Fields. You will need to add the Account Owner API Key initially in-order to create the proper fields in FUB. Once complete, you may add your subuser API Key back into data integrations and the leads will be successfully passed directly into your account.

Activating the sync


  • Choose "Options/Preferences -> Data Integration"
  • Select "Follow-up Boss" from the drop-down
  • Select "Add User"



Once the sync is activated new leads will be available for the sync. You can send over older leads from your system manually:
