As you make your way through the prospecting lists, you are able to save lead Dispositions and Notes. Later you will have the ability to search through the dispositons to locate prospects marked as "Lead" or "Voicemail" for future follow-up. You can also set follow-up reminders and receive them via email, text, or Google Calendar or Outlook.
Saving Dispositions and Notes
You can save information about the listing from inside of the Detail View or Map View. You can reach the Detail View by clicking "View" from the Summary Grid. To get to the Map View, click on the "Map" breadcrumb above the listings on the Summary Grid.
Scheduling a Follow-up
After entering in dispositions and notes, you can schedule a follow-up action. In-order to receive an email or text message, you will need to enable your devices.
