The my +plus leads Neighborhood Data Service has two levels of service, Premium and Basic. Both services allow you to enter a starting address and radius or draw a specific area on a map to create your neighborhood search. The application will search the area for properties located within the geographic parameters and display the results.
With the Basic service, the information is based upon Consumer information and will provide the most recently associated persons for the particular property along with directory assistance based contact numbers.
To ensure accuracy of the information, the Premium service executes real-time look-ups of tax databases to find the actual owner of the property. It access multiple databases to augment the best possible mobile, landline, and VOIP phone numbers along with possible email addresses (up to 1000 matches per month).
