There are a few common reasons why the counts in your daily email may not match your dashboard count. First, you need to understand how the listings are "bucketed".

  • The Recent Updates on the Dashboard contain all of the listings that have been added during a calendar day.
  • The Daily Email will contain all listings that have come through since the last email was delivered.

For FSBO Listings in particular this will cause the counts to differ. For instance, if a FSBO comes through at 4PM on Monday it would be placed in Monday's Dashboard bucket. However, it would not be delivered via email until Tuesday.  Other reasons include listings going active after the email is delivered. In this case, the listing would no longer be on the Dashboard but we cannot remove it from the email.
