We hate to see you go, but appreciate you using the service. In-order close out your account, you will need to  open up a Support Ticket. You can easily close your account through the portal by clicking on your Profile in the top right hand corner and select Billing -> Manage Subscription -> Cancel My Account.


You will receive a confirmation number onscreen and via email after submitting your request.  The account will stay active until the end of your paid subscription period.




NOTE: Certain accounts with legacy or custom billing will not see this option. In that case simply click on this link and fill out your contact information and support will send you confirmation after the request is processed.


To ensure that the account is closed properly, we do require that all requests are made in writing through our Support ticket system. Alternatively, they may be submitted to support@myplusleads.com.... The account will be closed after you receive written confirmation from our support team.
