Use Go High Level's Version 2.0 API to have your leads import directly into your CRM with out the hassle of import and exporting .CSV files. Your FSBO, Expired, and For Rent by Owner leads can automatically sync as soon as they are added to your system or you can manually select leads and push them in real-time.



Setting Up Your Go High Level Sync


  • Log into your account or the subaccount
  • Click on Settings
  • Choose Private Integrations
  • Select Create new integration
  • Enter Name "my +plus leads" and choose Next
  • Select the following six Scopes
    • View Contacts
    • Edit Contacts
    • View Custom Fields
    • Edit Custom Fields
    • View Tags
    • Edit Tags    

  • Copy your Token (NOTE: you must copy the unique token at this point. It cannot be retrieved after closing the modal)
  • Log into the my +plus leads portal at https://portal.myplusleads.com
  • Choose Data Integrations (SETTINGS & HELP -> Options/Preferences -> Data Integration)
  • Choose the + sign across from Go High Level (New) Version 2.0
  • Paste your Access Token
  • Retrieve your Location ID from GoHighLevel
    • Return to your GoHighLevel account
    • Choose Settings -> Business Profile
    • Copy the Location ID    
  • Return to the my +plus leads portal
  • Paste the Location ID
  • Select additional fields
    • Custom Tags - the property Status will automatically be added to each leads (FSBO, FRBO, Expired, etc.). You can also add a Static tag to help identify leads in your CRM.
    • Is Active - used to Enable or Disable the sync. This must be checked for the leads to be passed
    • Sync All Leads - when checked all leads (excluding Preforeclosure) will be sent over automatically after they are added to your system.
    • Remove Source - will leave the source field empty when syncing data
  • Choose Save
