Understanding Line Types

When possible the +plus system will provide details on the "line type" of the listed phone number.  If the system finds a proper match, an icon representing the line-type will be displayed following the phone number.

• - phone numbers followed by this icon signify LANDLINE or VOIP numbers.
• - phone numbers followed by this icon signify MOBILE or CELLULAR numbers.

Please note that in certain cases, phone numbers will be ported to different carriers and the line-type changed. In these cases, there is a period of time where the record will be incorrectly identified.
