The my +plus platform allows you to add Dispositions, Call Notes, and Follow-ups in-order to better manage your data. Pre-loaded Dispositions are set in the system that cover most scenarios in your work-flow. However, there are some situations requiring custom dispositions. 


Adding Custom Dispositions

You can add your custom dispositons inside of the Detail View of the listing.

  • Click on "Disposition" under "Contact Results"
  • Type your new disposition in the "Find or add disposition box
  • Press Enter


Managing Custom Dispositions

After adding Custom Dispositions, you can assign them to contact buckets allowing the for color codig in reporting and proper Hotsheet assignments.
